You never have too many foals by Cornet Obolensky in your collection. Barely a 16-yr-old, this showjumping horse begetter has already claimed the second place on the world ranking for sires. Only Kannan has a higher place. No other stallion has ever reached such a high place in the sires ranking at such an early age. Dam U-Sprit is a daughter of Baloubet du Rouet, the former number one in the same ranking and, of course, the threefold World Cup and Olympic champion from Rodrigo Pessoa. The grandam of Castro de Hus Z produced the legendary stallion Tinka’s Boy (M. Fuchs). Castro’s dam U-Sprit is also the full sister of the dam of Carrera VDL, the youngest GP stallion from Jur Vrieling.
