Air Jordan Z is no more

11 / 09 / 2013
Air Jordan Z has died, announced the Groupe France de l’Elevage, who have owned the stallion barely two years. Air Jordan received surgery yesterday in Normandy of a loin rupture. As complications occurred, he had to receive surgery again last night. Unfortunately, he did not make it to the morning. GFE appreciated the stallion because of his sport successes and recent breakthrough in breeding. The stallion had a powerful charisma and always was in a good mood, it is said. You could not help loving this horse. That is why his former owner Leon Melchior had the horse cloned. The result, Air Jordan Alpha Z, is now a 4-yr-old and drew positive attention at the Zangersheide spring selection of this year, at Z-Festival and in the BC in Gesves. Under Daniel Deusser Air Jordan Z won the GPs of Valkenswaard, Madrid, ’s Hertogenbosch, Deauville and Arezzo. His second place in the World Cup Finals in Las Vegas is his best achievement so far. Some of his offspring are currently making their breakthrough in the sport, specifically Armani van Overis Z (Penelope Leprevost) and Air Nike vd Helle Z (Constant Van Paesschen), Air Chin Z (Kristof Cleeren), Asterix E Z (R. Whitaker) and Armani Z (Angel Karolyi), all of them 8-yr-olds.
