Grand Prix victory and Nations Cup succes for Z-horses

05 / 09 / 2017
Both at Grand Prix and Nations Cup level the Z horses claimed top places this weekend. After a fourth in the GP Qualifier Daniel Bluman and Ladriano Z claimed the victory in the CSI4* Grand Prix in Bridgehampton. This Lawito x Baloubet du Rouet was bred by Paul Schockemühle and, currently a 9-yr-old, jumped for more than 200,000 euro already.

Sanne Thijssen and Celine M Z (by Crusador) featured at Nations Cup level. In Gijon, Spain, the combination contributed considerably to the second place of the Dutch team in the Nations Cup. Celine M Z was bred by N. Meesters out of his Winde M (by Orame). Several weeks ago the combination also wrote the opening class at the European Championships for Young Riuders in Samorin to their name.

There was a second place in the CSI2* Grand Prix for Alena V Z (by Asca Z, breeder J. TH. Veltmans) and the Japanese rider Tadahiro Hayashi. The combination was the fastest in the jump-off in Samorin. A fine end of the weekend in which they had also finished third in a 1.45m class.
