Quevara van de Vlierbeek Z wins twice in Finland

08 / 07 / 2019
In the Finnish town of Järvenpää, Quevara van de Vlierbeek Z accounted for two victories under the guidance of the Norwegian rider Frederik B. Seim. In the 1.40m class against the clock, Quevara was one of the two horses who managed to clear the course and he was a whopping 7 seconds faster than number two. In Sunday’s 1.45m leveled jump-off the time gap was almost two seconds. Quevara is the eight-year-old half-brother to Cor-Leon vd Vlierbeek Z who is currently achieving successes under Lily Atwood. Both horses were born at Chris & Eva Anné-De Maeyer.

The Italian team took the lead in the Finnish Nations Cup, to which Eugenio Grimaldi with Minerva G.I.H. Z (Malito de Reves x Portland L) and Aurora Bortolazzi with Clintissima Van Spalbeek Z (Clintissimo Z x Picasso Z) belonged as well. In addition to their Nations Cup victory, Clintissima van Spalbeek Z (b: Frans Liefsoens) also gained a third place in the 1.60m two-star Grand Prix. For Minerva G.I.H. Z (b: Christa Geldbach) there was another fourth place at 1.40m level.
