Viper vd Vrombautshoeve Z wins CSI2* GP Madrid

Heydays for breeders Jan and son Peter Boelens from Lembeke during the GCT in Madrid, for Viper vd Vrombautshoeve Z won the CSI2* GP and Electric Touch (ex-Urena vd Vrombautshoeve Z) finished third in the King’s College Prize there. Viper vd Vrombautshoeve, after already having been victorious on Friday, also won the GP under the seventeen year old American Emma Heise.
In the small tour of the CSI5* on Sunday, the King’s College Prize, it was Max Kühner who piloted a Z-horse bred by the Boelens family to the podium. Electric Touch is a daughter of Untouchable Z (Heartbreaker).

In the heavy tour Christian Ahlmann again pulled the cart for Zangersheide. In the 1.55m final class of the CSI5* series he finished second on the Z-bred Caribis Z (Caritano Z) behind Michael Whitaker. On Friday Caribis Z had finished in fifth place in the 1.50m class. In the GP on Saturday-night there was a twelfth place, after one fault in two rounds, for Taloubet Z.
