Known for his exceptional presence and athleticism, Brunetti Z first burst onto the scene as a 5-year-old finalist at the World Championship under Angelique Böckmann, where his scope, reflexes and light-footed jumping style made him an instant standout. Though a career-ending injury cut short his journey in top-level sport, the qualities that once captivated audiences are now clearly reflected in his offspring
Rooted in a strong Westphalian performance damline, Brunetti Z is by Balous Bellini out of the Arpeggio daughter Andorra and is a brother of the 1.45m jumper Balisto. Granddam Padua adds further depth as the granddam of international performers Ferrari VI, the former CSI5* 1.60m partner of Steve Guerdat and Luis Fernando Larrazabal’s Grand Prix winner Baroness.
Brunetti Z’s first crops are now leaving their mark in the young horse classes across Europe. Rising stars like Bruno du Seigneur Z, Believe ES Z and Biarritz Z, who fetched €825,000 at the Zangersheide Quality Jumpers – powered by MBA, already showcase the promise he brings as a sire.
