Zangersheide is looking for an experienced groom (m/f) to join our sport and stallion stable in Lanaken, Belgium.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in caring for (young) horses and stallions
- Experience as a groom at 5* competitions
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Good command of the English language
- A veterinary background is an advantage
- Truck driving licence C and CE is a plus
Job Description:
Daily care and management of the horses, including:
- Leading horses to and from the walker and paddocks
- Lunging horses
- Preparing stallions for breeding
- Mucking out
- Riding inexperienced young horses
- Training and breaking in young horses
