Zangersheide Young Horses - Quality Auction Thursday evening

At the Zangersheide Young Horses - Quality Auction on 21 September, the final lot of the evening sold for the highest amount. Kasanova de la Pomme-son Kastaar Luz X remains in Belgium for 86.000 euros. The group of 13 two, - and three-year-old show jumpers sold for a total average of 46.150 euros per horse.

With three auction evenings on the agenda during the FEI WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championship for Young Horses in Lanaken, the first auction was highly-anticipated and kicked off with a phenomenal collection of young jumpers.

Stallion Kastaar de Lux Z was the most expensive horse at 86.000 euro. For just 4,000 euro less a full brother of H&M All-in, Kall in H5 Des Premices Z (by Kasmir van Schuttershof), was sold to the Czech Republic.

The most expensive gelding, Cherman Hero Z (by Comme Il Faut) also remains in Belgium. This careful chestnut was sold for 62.000 euros. The most expensive mare, Unstoppable HH Z (by Uricas vd Kattevennen), changed hands for 48.000 euro and will start her career under the American flag.

Other lots found new owners with Irish, German, Italian, British and Swedish nationalities.
